hate hate hate the hostess. Seriously.. I have 4 customers total and he has 2 tables of 6 and a 4? not okay. Then he gets first cut and I have to stay until five after making half of what he made. We were rotating the whole restaurant, that was not a fair rotation, especially when we were doing covers.
This is why I hang out in the kitchen……..though Marcos tied me to the counter and...
